Our client, a nationally ranked law firm, is seeking a focused and enthusiastic attorney to join their Real Estate Finance group.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders in a broad range of real estate transactions, financing, and development issues. Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as an attorney in a transactions based practice, preferrably real estate focused.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.

• Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions is preferred.

• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
